Verified card: To place a bid you need a credit card registered and verified on your account.
Pre-authorization on high bids: This is a temporary hold on your credit card to validate bids above R$10,000, automatically released once your bid is outbid or when the auction ends.
Finalizing the auction: Bids placed in the last 2 minutes extend the auction by another 2 minutes, which can repeat several times to make sure everyone gets a final chance to bid.
Payment: At the end of the auction, if you win, the item goes straight to your cart. You'll also receive an email with instructions, and payment must be made within 24 hours.
Protected bid: All bids are binding, irrevocable, and final. If payment is not made within 5 calendar days after the auction ends, an automatic 30% penalty on the bid value is charged and the account is blocked from placing new bids until the situation is resolved. Play For a Cause and the beneficiary institution reserve the right to take legal action in cases of non-payment and/or suspected fraud.
