A piece of rarity and immense historical relevance, directly linked to the legendary Argentina 1986 World Cup campaign and the consecration of Diego Armando Maradona as one of the greatest names in football history. This retro Argentina National Team jersey, inspired by the uniform worn in 1986, is signed by the idol and comes with ICONS Certification, adding provenance and value to any collection.
The model recalls the historic victory in Mexico, when Maradona, wearing the legendary number 10 shirt and as team captain, led Argentina to its second world title. In the grand final, played at the Estadio Azteca, Argentina defeated West Germany 3-2, in a decision that consecrated one of the most memorable individual campaigns in World Cup history.
Fun Fact
In the quarter-finals against England, Maradona scored two goals that became eternal: the first became known as “La Mano de Dios”, while the second, after a sequence of dribbles past opponents, went down in history as one of the greatest individual goals in World Cup history.
