The Official Flamengo Eight-Time Brazilian Championship Banner, autographed by the stars of the club's victorious 2019 generation, celebrates the history of one of Brazilian football's greatest champions and brings together the most glorious chapters of Flamengo's journey in the national league.
Flamengo built its national legacy across decades, winning championships that defined generations of supporters. The first great era arrived in 1980, when the club captured its first Brazilian Championship title, beginning a historic decade that would be crowned with triumphs in 1982 and 1983, led by the legendary team of Zico, alongside icons such as Júnior, Leandro, Adílio, and Nunes.
In 1987, Flamengo won the Copa União, recognized by the club and its supporters as its fourth Brazilian title, continuing the tradition of a team admired throughout the country for its technical quality and attacking football. The club returned to national glory in 1992, winning another Brazilian Championship with a squad led by Júnior.
After a period of rebuilding, Flamengo returned to the top in 2009, in a historic campaign led by Adriano Imperador, Petkovic, and a squad known for determination and resilience. A decade later, in 2019, Flamengo experienced one of the greatest seasons in its history, winning the Brazilian Championship with dominant and spectacular football, along with the CONMEBOL Libertadores title.
Autographed by stars including Gabigol, Bruno Henrique, Arrascaeta, Gérson, Rodrigo Caio, Filipe Luís, Rogério Ceni, and Diego Alves, this banner represents the connection between Flamengo's glorious past and its victorious modern era.
More than a commemorative piece, this official banner symbolizes Flamengo's greatness in Brazilian football: its championships, its legends, and the unforgettable moments that transformed the red-and-black shirt into one of the most respected in world football.
