If payment is not made within 5 calendar days after the auction ends, the 30% pre-authorization is charged as a penalty and the account is blocked from placing new bids until the situation is resolved. Play For a Cause and the beneficiary institution reserve the right to take legal action in cases of non-payment and/or suspected fraud.
