Uma peça que eterniza uma das conquistas marcantes da história recente do Clube de Regatas do Flamengo. Esta medalha oficial da Federação de Futebol do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (FERJ) está diretamente ligada ao título do Campeonato Carioca de 2019, conquistado pelo Rubro-Negro diante do Vasco.
Na decisão, disputada em 21 de abril de 2019, no Maracanã, o Flamengo venceu o rival por 2 a 0, com gols de Willian Arão e Vitinho, confirmando o título após já ter vencido o primeiro jogo da final pelo mesmo placar. Com a conquista, o clube chegou ao seu 35º Campeonato Carioca.
As medalhas do campeonato foram entregues pela própria FERJ aos jogadores, comissão técnica e dirigentes do Flamengo na cerimônia de premiação realizada após a decisão.
