A set of great historical relevance for sports memorabilia collectors, bringing together two items directly linked to the trajectory of Pelé, the King of Football. The highlight is the official FIFA medal from the organization's 45th Congress, held in Mexico in 1986, and presented to Pelé. An institutional piece that reflects the international recognition of the greatest icon of Brazilian football and the historical relationship between the star and the world's leading sports organization.
The set also includes a 1965 Pelé sticker from the Instantâneos da Vida do Rei Pelé collection, autographed by the player himself. The combination of the official medal and the signed vintage sticker brings together institutional memory, editorial history, and the personal mark of one of the greatest athletes of all time, making this lot especially attractive to discerning collectors.
Fun Fact: The 45th FIFA Congress took place in Mexico in 1986, the same year the country hosted its second World Cup. The competition went down in history for establishing Diego Maradona as the protagonist, while Pelé, already retired from the pitch, remained a global reference in football.
